I am wondering what are the steps I need to take in casting a truth spell. I've tried getting the truth from someone the natural way, but they won't budge. What herbs, incantations, etc. do I need for the ritual? I am also getting a second opinion soon from my local pagan bookstore, but I would like to know from people on here.

WhiteWitch, you're unlikely to get any spells from members here. Last I saw it was against site rules to just post spells. But beyond that there is a great deal of responsibility in engaging in energy work and you're asking people who know nothing about you and who you've never engaged in conversation to simply spit it out.
You would have more luck posting about your own experiences and thoughts on the topic and requesting input and feedback. Good luck, Catherine

Very true, Catherine. Also, I think many of us would have problems ethically with the idea of using magic to force someone to do something they are not willing to do otherwise.

On top of that, there's the whole first post is a request for others to hand over a bunch of information. I'm always leery of it when, without even taking the time to post of a thread or two, let alone really introduce oneself, a newcomer jumps straight into the requesting help gig.
WhiteWitch, you should treat sites like people's homes. You wouldn't just walk in there and do what you did here, right? :) Good luck with your research.

I went to my local pagan bookstore and purchased the items I needed. I practiced Wicca all the time as a teen, and did it on and off since then. Now I'm back to it full time and have quite a bit of supernatural energy running through my veins. I'm both highly psychic and a Pisces, so the intuition and the Wiccan practices run high with me. But thanks anyway for pointing me in the right direction.

I have to agree with Raeven...
Oh, Gods...do I miss the old days. <sighs and walks away wondering what being "highly" psychic and Pisces have to do with the price of tea in China, let alone with Wiccan practices...>

WhiteWhitch28, I hope you have given this some thought. There is much to learn about life itself and what the word "truth" means to you. "Truth" is an opinion and is relative to an individual's beliefs and motives. Now, as far as obtaining information comes - it is not yours to have if it is forced or coerced and there will be no truth behind it.
